If you spend extra on restaurants and ride-hailing and live in a shared rented flat in Bashundhara, Notun Bazar or Baridhara Block J (nearest to the UIU campus), you may spend up to the maximum shown below.
The CIAC team will advise you on living in Dhaka at minimum cost.

- Eating at restaurants regularly, or frequent shopping, adds to these costs.
- International students pay a visa fee once a year to extend their visa.
